Vacation knitting :: Most of which was knit while in the car :: pattern – Moorhouse from the book Rowan Dalesman :: I love knitting cables. As long as they are not in socks! :: For the Hubs. It’s his turn to have a new sweater.
We had a chance to stop at the old community cemetery where my mother-in-law’s ashes are buried. Some of the grave stones date back to the 1860′s.
Last two days of vacation knitting :: Yarn picked up last summer on our Alaskan cruise :: Yarn – A Tree Hugger’s Wife Soft Sock – color Sitka Spruce :: For the Hubs :: One cuff was done before we left.

Beautiful knitting! Lucky Hub.
I so enjoyed all your photos of your trip. I loved the family photo on the wood pile so cute !… Thanks for taking us along Anita.

Your knitting is so beautiful, Your husband is a lucky man.
So beautiful hand knitting, and hot for winter !
Beautiful knitting! I don’t know how you can knit in the car without getting car-sick?
Such pretty yarns in both projects.
That sweater looks so warm – I can’t wait to see the end result!
