Needles Highway :: Custer State Park :: South Dakota
What a beautiful place. Now there somewhere else I want to visit.
Thanks for sharing.
I have been enjoying your photos of your trip. They are really great. I love Western SD. The Iowa pictures were fabulous. I love the midwest. Can you guess where I live. I didn’t see any MN pictures. Have a great trip home.
Okay. We did not go there! Missed that beautiful place! I guess we will have to make another trip.
Wow! Your pics are spectacular. I’ll bet this place looks magical in person?
Seeing your hubby in the pic sure helps see the scale of these rock formations.
What a wonderful trip you’re having!
When we moved west we got to see similar geologic features in SD. Isn’t our country just just amazing!?! So diverse!
such gorgeous pictures! Hub and I visited Custer State Park two years in a row during Sturgis bike week and it was so amazing to ride through the hills (we’d call them mountains as we’re flat as a pancake in Dallas). Your roadtrip sounds like it was an amazing one!
