Happy Weekend!

Looking good!
I’ve just recently discovered your blog. I’ve been watching this project and admiring it SO…sew! ; ) I LOVE Kaffe’s stuff! I pulled out my Passionate Patchwork book and bought some mens striped shirts @ the thrift shop last week. This is now on my ‘to do’ list!
That looks beautiful! =)
Anita! WOW!!! Okay, now I am super jealous that I haven’t even started cutting up my recycled fabric yet. Get movin’ already, huh? That’s for the inspiration.
I just can not get over how well all those stripes work together. You did a great job of varying the fabric stripes, sizes of block and placement against each other. The soft blues and greys help with how much is going on with the stripes.
Oh, and those reds peeking out are a nice touch too
Call the MoMA! It is like a work of modern art. I ♥ it! Truly! The yellow and red bits just make it.
Wonderful!!
Looks fabulous just as is! I love the movement / kaleidoscope effect.
Wow – you have come a long way – looking fabulous!
Don’t you love it? I do!! very neat. : } pokey
I love it!
I’m so impressed. You are doing a great job

Wow!! Looking great!
Quite the optical illusion. I like the effect of all the stripes and plaids. Nice job.
I love it! It looks like a lot of precision cutting. Would you describe it as a I-can-sew-at-night project or a I-need-to-focus project?
Anita, this is fantastically divine! I adore it! I have never seen anything else like it! Well done
I always knew there would be a reason for saving old clothes! I am going to set aside all the stripes and plaids no one wears anymore (not just shirts)
and then search when I am in the thrift stores for more, and try to get this beach quilt done by next summer, since it’s already almost the end of August!
